3 Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per User
Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one active account on the raa8 platform. This includes a prohibition on opening accounts using another person's name, false information, or different email addresses in order to avoid restrictions imposed on an existing account.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes full name, mobile number, email address, and other required details. Inaccurate information may affect the withdrawal process.
3.3 Password Security
Users must choose a strong password and must not share their login details with any party. raa8 will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account caused by the user's own negligence.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Payment Methods
raa8 accepts various local payment methods to facilitate transactions for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost, ShopeePay, as well as cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC, and ETH.
4.2 Minimum Limits
The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10. The minimum withdrawal for all methods is RM100. Any withdrawal request below this minimum will not be processed.
4.3 Processing Time

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy
5.1 Welcome Bonus
raa8 offers a welcome bonus of 150% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus funds can be made.
As a calculation example: if you deposit RM100, a bonus of RM150 will be credited making the balance RM250. The wagering requirement is RM150 × 15 = RM2,250 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. If the deposit is RM800 or more, the maximum bonus of RM500 will be given, making the balance RM1,300, and the wagering requirement is RM500 × 15 = RM7,500.
5.2 VIP Programme
